The Management Committee of Trustees is made up of one representative (if nominated) from each User using the Village Hall, from Elected Trustees & from Co-opted Trustees.  The Trustees are responsible for the Village Hall up-keep and running it as a self-supporting entity. All the Trustees are volunteers and give their time freely.

To help raise funds for major projects there is a sub-committee who organise the STRAWBERRY FAYRE as an annual fund-raising event.

* Please read the BOOKINGS  PROCEDURE  thoroughly before contacting the bookings officers.

• When minor maintenance issues occur i.e. Light bulb needs replacing, broken toilet seat etc, please write down details and the date in the log book in the kitchen
  
• If you discover a major problem which prevents your use of the hall, i.e. lights have fused, heating doesn’t work, vandalism, please contact one of the trustees named below under ‘maintenance’
  
• Please remember the Village Hall has no caretaking facilities.
  
• When contacted the trustee will either try to rectify the problem or will call in a contractor to do the job. Just like at home, it is not always possible to get a contractor to call immediately!
